As the global Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation continues to evolve, we want to share with you some information about the steps we are taking to minimise the risk in our community.
Carr & Co remains open for business and we are committed to continuing to provide a high standard of service to our clients. We wish to assure our clients, colleagues and stakeholders that we have the necessary infrastructure in place to ensure our continued operation in the event of increased isolation measures being implemented.
We are actively monitoring all health and travel advice issued by the Australian government and health authorities and will continue to act accordingly.
We have implemented mandatory isolation periods for all team members returning from overseas. In addition, we have introduced heightened cleaning protocols and have reinforced with our team that they must stay at home if they are showing any signs of illness.
We are social distancing by actively encouraging our clients to arrange their appointments with our lawyers by telephone or skype and also following a recommendation from the Family Court of Western Australia whereby until further notice, our lawyers will be attending Court hearings by telephone wherever possible.
