The Directors are pleased to announce that Nicholas Coveney has joined the firm.
Nic obtained his Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction from the University of Notre Dame, Fremantle in 2015. He obtained his Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice with Distinction from the College of Law in 2016.
He commenced his career as a tax lawyer for PwC before moving into family law with another prominent WA family law firm.
Nic takes instructions in all areas of family law including but not limited to – financial division, parenting arrangements, child support issues, spousal maintenance claims, relocating with children, documenting agreements, court representation and enforcing orders. He is particularly interested in matters involving companies, trusts and other tax structures.
Nic sits on the CPD and Social Committee of the Family Law Practitioners’ Association of WA and the Junior Committee of the Piddington Society. He was previously a past President of the Notre Dame Law Students’ Society.
